Nova Scotia Wine Tour A view of downtown halifax   Nova Scotia boost some of the finest winery in Canada. Known for it's historic maritime culture, fantastic beaches, Bay of Fundy's record tides add a great wine to that list. The earliest vines in Nova Scotia were planted in around 1610 by Champlain's hard working band of settlers. It is always great to relax to a glass of wine after a hard days work. Today the wine industry in Nova Scotia has grown to a larger proportion its economy. We will begin our tour with the narration of the areas of our intended sites. Our first visit will be at the Domaine de Grand Pre winery, we will spend about two hours at this site We will depart there to Valley's newest winery where we will spend about two hours before departing to our next destination.
